We hope you and your family are doing well during these trying days. The uncertainty can be stressful — but try and stay positive. We are all in this together and WILL come out stronger.
Here’s a super quick update for you:
We know there has been a lot of concern regarding Corona Virus (COVID19), our attendees and the Annual Atlanta Greek Picnic. The pandemic has been presenting major concerns and enormous challenges throughout every industry across the country and world including our entertainment community, vendors and contractors.
At this current time, we are still scheduled as planned to host the 2020 Atlanta Greek Picnic in the month of June which is roughly 12 weeks away. We are keeping up with all the latest developments and working with authorities in Atlanta to make sure we are up to date with all breaking news, information and compliances that will have an impact on the events. Your safety has and will always be our most important priority and we will never jeopardize it.
We encourage you to follow all rules and guidelines suggested by the CDC, Health Professionals and your local government officials to practice Social Distancing including washing your hands often, use hand sanitizer, avoid touching your face, avoid large social gatherings and be very vigilant on where you have to go.
These protective measures will help in containing and slowing the spread. The faster we can control the spread of the virus, the faster we can get to gaining a sense of normalcy again.
So please don’t worry, we will keep you in the loop with new developments as they occur. Be sure you are following us on all social media platforms and are subscribed to our email list.
In the meantime stay hydrated, eat clean, get exercise and use this time to feed your soul.
You got this. See you at AGP2020 June 8-14th.
Yours in Greekdom,
